Each Trekker is required to bring their own 5-gallon plastic bucket with a lid. Your personal bucket will serve as your suitcase and "chair" during the Trek. All items listed below must fit into your bucket.
Use a Heavy Duty Garbage bag to hold your sleeping bag, coat/jacket, sleepwear/sweats, and a small camp pillow. Everything else must fit in your bucket. Place your name and ward on your bedding bag. It would be a good idea to bring a backup trash bag. Just tuck it in with your sleeping gear.
Bring a day pack (backpack) to wear each day on the trail. It can be a small backpack or a homemade bag. Several items listed below can be carried in your day pack whilst on the trail.
☐ Rain poncho or rain jacket
☐ Sunglasses (simple and inexpensive)
☐ Water bottle (minimum 16-20 oz size)
☐ Small hand towel or washcloth
☐ Hand sanitizer
☐ Personal Toiletries (Comb or brush, lotion, etc)

☐ 1 apron with pockets (optional)
